I had a wonderful stay at the Hanoi Hanvet Hotel, primarily thanks to the excellent service from Martin, who made my experience feel personal and special. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although it was a bit of a trek to historical sites. The room was comfortable and clean, but I did encounter a few minor issues with water temperature during my showers.
